MUHAMMAD AMIN versus STATE
Sections 2302, 7 307 and 9449 constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) complained of the incident to the complainant's house after which the accused was arrested on the spot along with the crime weapon, plus medical evidence. Also supported it. The lawyer for the motive was established through the recovery of the weapons of the crime, which was not questioned for punishment under section 2302, PPC but asked for the reduction of the sentence, guaranteeing the interference of any prisoner. In the absence, leave of appeal was denied.
