Article 14 (5A) Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), AXLI, R3 and Section 141 Constitution of Pakistan (1973) Article 199 Objection to the scrutiny of constitutional application nomination papers for the application of the Civil Procedure Code of both parties. The Election Tribunal failed to appear before the proceedings. The holding of 1908, in the absence of any special procedure for the decision to appeal an election under the provisions of section 141, shall supplement the application of the provisions of the CPCCPC, the Civil Procedure Code, 1908, during the said proceedings. The provisions of the Constitution were fully enticed by the election process. The tribunal was represented under the Public Representation Act 1976
