Section 13 (6) Order of the hiring controller instructing the tenant to submit future rent before the 15th of each month is submitted on 8th October, 2007 on 8th November 2007, the rent for one month. It expires and becomes after being formed. The order for the rent control order to be paid 15 days prior to that day directing the collector of rent for the same month will be illegal the rent of the month of October before the 15th of the same month ie 15 11 of the next month. The 2007 tenant, however, did not make any commitment within the meaning of section 13 (6) of the West Pakistan Citizen Hire Ordinance 1959.
