DIVISIONAL SUPERINTENDENT, PAKISTAN RAILWAYS, MULTAN versus RAZIQ BAKHSH
The Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Sections 25A, 36 and 38 of the Appeal Stage were raised in a written statement regarding the legal jurisdiction of the territorial jurisdiction but the Labor Court did not decide in the same Labor decision It was reported that there are no legal objections. It was stressed that such observations were false and legal objections were suppressed. There is no affidavit attached to the appeal which mentions such dispute of the Judicial Officer, which is held, without such affidavit, it cannot be dismissed.
