The Homeless (Compensation and Rehabilitation) Act, 1958 Schedule, paragraph 15 (5) of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 challenges the transfer of property through an auction of the transfer application as an industrial concern to the defendants. The appeal was denied in favor of the Supreme Court before it was dismissed. The constitutional petition could not be denied in the circumstances as well as the auction challenging the auction in favor of the respondents.
