On the basis of rejecting the petition for review of the pending fraud before the Section 12 (2) High Court, the applicant's lawyer was compromised on this basis and the applicant was paid Rs.1,00,000. The applicant was of the view that his solicitor had withdrawn the request without his direction and no money was received by him as the lawyer stated that the petition was rejected by the High Court. Applicants were not paid the compromise amount and are pending. The lawyer was not compromised, the Supreme Court changed his appeal for leave to appeal, and the case was remanded to the High Court, which allowed the appeal for a further decision on the merit.
