ADNAN A. KHAWAJA versus STATE
In the 42nd National Accountability Ordinance, (XVIII of 1999), Section 10 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3), the accused had sought some necessary pardon on the suspension of sentence and he appealed to the greater part of his sentence. The application was changed to Appeal and allowed in the circumstances and the accused was released on bail after his sentence was suspended.
