MUHAMMAD AKRAM versus ZAHID IQBAL
Section 497 (5) of the Conduct Rule (XLV of 1860), Section 302/148/149 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) guarantees, the cancellation of the principles required to revoke strong and extraordinary grounds. Not interfered with the High Court order on bail, especially in the case of murder when the trial was to begin so that the court would have to see if the bail was approved in order to avoid debating the merits of the court. The verdict was clearly illegal, false, in fact wrong and the abortion of justice resulted in the High Court granting the accused's bail for valid and valid reasons. In this case the charge was declared a charge and the trial was to begin, as the cancellation of the bail was not required at this stage, accordingly the leave to appeal was dismissed.
