Article 204 contempt of court Act (LXIV of 1976), section 3/4 contempt of court, the Supreme Court upheld the defendant for the upgrade of the positions of sati, custodian and inspector in BPS 2 to 5, 3 to 7 and 11. No instructions were given. The instructions were intended to examine the issues of the type of applicants, respectively, to improve their service situation. The report of the Pay and Pensions Committee was further reviewed and some other interests were also being considered in the matter, the respondents could not be prosecuted under the circumstances, thereby dismissing the contempt of court petition.
