As a result, a retirement order was approved under section 13 (1) (i) of public servants. The Act, 1973 cannot be equated with the mandatory retirement order punished under the Public Employees (Discipline and Discipline) Rules, 1973. And that under section 13 (1) (i) of the Civil Servants Act 1973, there is no violation of the terms and conditions of retirement which cannot be questioned to qualify for a pension and that of a public servant service person.
