The date of birth was final and any variation in it was permissible and such date should be considered as calculation as the service book states that the petitioner has to give his birth date on many forms and benefits and this is incomprehensible. It was only on the verge of retirement that she realized it. The date of birth specified in the service book was incorrect. Such a change in the applicant's date of birth was a consideration as he sought constitutional jurisdiction over matters of service conditions and corrections during his service. No requests were moved. After the government employees were stopped, the constitutional application was dismissed
