Section 115 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitution Petition for Revision Request Dismissed for Illegal Prosecution The Secondary Court of Appeal dismissed the petitioner's request for a review of the illegal prosecution that his revocation application was rejected for illegal prosecution. Cannot be in accordance with this law. The case of Mohammed Sadiq v Bashirin and 9 others (PLD 2000 SC 820) cannot properly validate the counsel for the respondents in the Supreme Court's law which modified the petitioner under the amendment order of the said court. The request for was removed for illegal processing. The High Court had directed that the review petition filed by the applicant be considered pending before the amending court, which would make the same decision on the merit in accordance with the law.
