The details of the Drug Act, 1976 provided in the British Pharmacopoeia were applicable; according to the production formula given in the British Pharmacopoeia, the frailty test was applied to drugs, and the applicant's dispute was contrary to that contained in the English drug. Pharmacopoeia for the realistic dispute of whether the drug prescribed was in accordance or whether I could not resolve the standard in the constitutional jurisdiction of the High Court and could only be resolved by a specialist / competent authority.
