The appellant had filed before the Tribunal in the proceedings that if he was reinstated, he would not claim any salary as per his order. The final appellant, even otherwise, when employed abroad, and, therefore, cannot claim payment for the period, therefore, the appellant was not entitled to any compensation under the circumstances. ?
