West Pakistan Pension Rules 1963 R2 1 Department of Education Notification No. SO (NS) 1 3/73, 30 197 The pension appellant who retired as a Waterman was employed in a municipal school which the Government had given him. Provided he had Provincial status through the services of Retirement less than ten years of age at the age of sixty-Appellant was unable to show that prior to becoming Provincial his Waterman's employment was a pensionable notification. According to 1975, they were relied upon for headmasters and headmistresses and not for the appellant or his class appellant. The conditions set out in Rule 2 1 of the West Pakistan Pension Rules, 1963 were not met;
