MUHAMMAD AKRAM versus MEMBER, BOARD OF REVENUE (JUDICIAL-VII)

Section 135 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitutional Application Revenue Officer Distribution of Agricultural Land by Scope Parties was the co-owner of the property which was distributed and the reasons were developed accordingly. According to some land was not disputed for the applicant as he occupied the said land but could not be questioned about the inferior land as it was compact which was based on the distribution of agricultural land. It had to be based on classification / category. The facts of the petition against the applicant were made on the basis of reasons made by the Revenue Authorities that should not be interfered with in the constitutional jurisdiction. The High Court cannot substitute its finding for the court's findings The constitutional petition was rejected below.
