Could not file an appeal. Due to his illness, no medical certificate in connection with the illness was filed in the lower appellate court with the petition of the petitioner. The applicant's father was playing with the court secretly and his conduct was proportional to the minor son's recovery allowance. After the father's order was passed against the father, he was obliged to retain the minor but he was trying to avoid such an obligation by an excuse or another person who was with his minor child in such a manner. Had an irresponsible attitude, did not deserve any equitable relief, the Appellate Court rightly denied. Delayed Constitutional application was rejected in circumstances
