GENERAL MANAGER, PAKISTAN RAILWAYS versus QAMAR-UD-DIN
Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 25A & 38 (3) Unlawful payment of salaries and misappropriation of rules claiming instability of a railway employee claiming that his junior salary was fixed. At higher stages there is no evidence that the junior salary was properly settled and the inequality policy applied. Junior salary fixing was held, claiming to be paid equal to the junior order of the Labor Court. Could not create, complaint request was accepted. The lawsuit was sent to the Labor Court for a fresh verdict by the appellate tribunal and the results of finding that the junior's salary was properly settled and the case found in the Core case through a base policy notification.
