Section 727272 Civil Code of Conduct (v. 1908), Section 115 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitution Petition Certificate of Succession The son and widow of the petitioner filed two separate applications for the issuance of the succession certificate, for the issuance of the succession certificate. Three applications were filed for the issuance of certificates of succession, one for stabilizing the two applications, the other for providing business details and the third for implementing the business partners as a party, all three applications for trial. The court rejected the widow's appeal against her Two review applications were filed before the court TM. On the eve of the first revision application, the widow filed a second amendment petition in which the first review petition was submitted, and such facts were not accepted by the lower appellate court. In view of the request for amendment filed by the same party which challenged the same decision for the same reason, the same decision challenged the subsequent decision against the same decision which the widow had previously reviewed. The attack was not sustained in the request. In the Court of Jurisdiction of Review, the widow was not allowed to accept the review petition filed by the High Court, which was approved by the lower appellate court and subsequently dismissed.
