Of the nine witnesses examined by the prosecution, Section 304, Part 11/307/34/326, seven were injured continuously, whose presence was revealed when their presence was proven at the relevant time. And they did not make false statements. There is no enmity between the parties and the witnesses, in which there is no reason to falsely implicate the accused and there is nothing to doubt their evidence and the truth of the story. Detained and subsequently held, prosecution case against the accused proved and conviction and conviction were upheld.
