ENGINEER ZAMRAK KHAN versus GOVERNMENT OF BALOCHISTAN THROUGH CHIEF SECRETARY
Articles 120, 122, 123, 124 and 199 of the Constitution Annual Budget Statement, the approval of the allocation of funds to the members of the legislative bodies was that the government is allocating funds to the members of the Assembly against the annual budget statement. Government that all money will be spent by the concerned department and no amount will be allotted / approved for use by members of the legislative bodies. The provisions of Articles 120 (1), 122 (2), 123 and / or 124 of the Constitution shall be complied with by the Government with the Annual Budget Statement and the Additional Budget Statement.
