O XXI, R 99 & Sections 47, 94, 151, 2 (2) West Pakistan Citizens Rent Ordinance (VI of 1959), Section 13 Tenancy Agreement Declaration Consent / Non-Drawing Effect of Circular Rules The tenants were evicted after the owners filed a lawsuit that dismissed them. The tenants' position was that the request for eviction was disposed of in the matter of agreement between the parties, that no order was withdrawn and in the absence of such process there was no satisfactory rent controller on the basis of settlement / consensus. The removal request was disposed of but the order was not withdrawn due to mistake / error. The consensus did not come in the definition of an order. Only the order was enforceable but not the decision but the execution of the petition filed by the landlords. Was unable to maintain an order of consent because of the tenants The extent of the object's non-objection was not pulled any order. The execution of the execution request was sustained. The execution court erroneously rejected / rejected the objection raised by the tenants regarding the restoration of the execution request under which the rental controller was instructed to produce an order under the consent order. ? Tenants will be free to submit / file objections available on the execution petition, and if any objection is raised / filed, the court of law should decide on it.
