Section 497 of the Conduct Rule (XLV of 1860), Section 489F unconditional issuance of check guarantees, the background of a business agreement between the parties was granted a Contracting Check for Business Agreement. After recording some evidence, the accused has been given maximum punishment for the offense under section 489F, since no special progress was made in his trial since 10, 2013. He was sentenced to three years imprisonment and he did not come inside. In cases like the section 497, CRPC prohibition clause, granting a PC grant was a rule and conditions were allowed in the bail if any exception was denied.
