The hand was given to the accused by his free will and consent to the witness of the marriage. The alleged kidnapper initially filed a complaint with the magistrate stating that he had entered into a marriage contract with the accused himself. After his free will and consent, in his statement under section 164, CCPC, he gave the opposing version of the accused, including the accused, for the commission of a crime. One cannot be denied the false implications of the accused through an exaggerated story as well as for commercial purposes, the accused filed a restitution of marital rights which was pending before the Family Court in the adjournment case. Nothing was to be recovered. One of the further investigations into the accused's guilt was granted bail
