The request of the DDO (R) respondents on the lease extension was accepted by the Additional Commissioner of Inquiry against the petitioner's request, the Board of Revenue accepted the review filed by the respondent. The DDO (R) petitioner's colonial order has been restored claiming that the lease of land which had already been resumed under Notification No. 223 2010/118 cannot be restored. ? Respondents were not previously able to because the defendants owned more than four acres of land, secondly that they were not residents of the relevant Chuck under notification number 222 2010/117 CLI dated 13 1 2010, the respondents contend that the applicant. Is not disputed as an aggrieved party was not placed on the lease of the applicant at any stage which was still on the lease of the applicant at any stage which was still in his possession.
