Section 22 Civil Procedure Code (V8 1908), OI, R 10 & O XLI, R 20 Appeal has been decided in favor of supervisory parties, suit petition bank and appellant while delaying appeal by High Court. Not all people have been implemented before. The appeal made by the applicants in the appeal was that the failure of the required party to carry out the due diligence in the appeal was due to oversight. Appellants failed to provide a plausible explanation for why the parties did not comply and the application for this purpose was filed almost five years later without a request. The late condolences were not divisible and were jointly approved and several appeals were filed against all the defendants, some by the defendants, the other accused were not applied as a party. In the appeal, the High Court had refused to allow the appellant to act on the remaining defendants. Because the parties' request was dismissed in the circumstances
