FESCO versus FEDERATION OF PAKISTAN

The applicant's complaint for the restoration of the restriction order on section (((i) (c) Constitution Pakistan, Article 199 199 199)) was that the authorities, through notice of appellate tribunal under section (((i))) Demand notice was recovered from his bank accounts despite issuing a restraining order (Sales Tax Act 1990 CA) was issued on 11 9 2013, and on the same day the respondents complied with it. Was made to ensure that the authorities acting on the orders received from the applicant had to expedite the expeditious rush by the authorities to recover the funds. The Appellate Tribunal and the due process High Court directed the authorities to examine the matter and ensure that such an act was not repeated. The High Court directed the further authorities to withdraw from the applicants' accounts. Return exported money because such a request was illegal
