Was given, the provincial government issued another notification number SOR VI. E&AD) 1/3/2011 / Volume III dated August 31, 2012, under which 10 (4) of the rules made under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil Servants Act 1973 were changed to allow the children of affected public servants Or widows. The High Court, entitled to appoint BPS 1 to BS 10 as per their qualification, directed that the applicant be notified for appointment as per notification SOR VI (E&AD) 1 3/2011 / Som 31 2 to be considered in accordance with August 201, 2 and, in accordance with the provincial government rules / policy, a constitutional application was allowed on this occasion
