On approval, the customs authorities auctioned / seized the vehicle at the request of the applicant Rs. 15,70,000; Returning the amount of Rs 749, the applicant was of the view that the customs authorities could not deduct the amount for sale and since the customs authorities have been directed to refund the entire sale amount. Only after the deduction from the applicant / car owner will the auctioneer receive validity measures? The Lealt Authority orders the release of the seized vehicle in favor of the applicant against paying the fine and re-exporting the same vehicle to Afghanistan. The customs authorities had not challenged the appeal order before the High Forum and it was within the final customs authorities. In case of appeal, even if their legal right to be confiscated / confiscated is to be auctioned, then the auctioneer will have to deposit more than the sale of the auction and allocate it through customs, taxes etc. It cannot be argued that the applicant was entitled to the sale of the vehicle only after the final arbitration deducted the fine amount in this case.
