Sections 11, 31, 34, 18 and 25 Award Compensation Payment of Compensation and Interest Reference The court scope collector should pay the award to the eligible persons according to the award and should not be avoided in case of an emergency. If the money was not paid or deposited on or before the possession, then the collector shall pay the interest paid at the rate of 8% from the time of the occupation till the payment of that amount. Or the collector may not be interested. He was entitled to receive the compensation only under protest and he could petition the collector to hand over the matter to the court, then the collector had to make a statement in court and the court was given the option to settle the charge which exceeds the amount claimed. Should not be less than the amount paid by the collector when the applicant / landlord has refused to make such a claim, the amount paid to him should not be more than L, and which should not be less than the amount paid by the collector. Maybe he had to submit or pay the compensation amount to the referee court.
