Sections 17A and 5, Schedule Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitutional Petition The petition for the determination of interim rehabilitation for the father's minor in the case of rehabilitation of children and restitution allowance by the parent was that the mother was a minor. The Family Court accepted the Family Court's request for an interim care determination. Even if she was living with her mother instead, she was obliged to maintain a divorced daughter. There was no illegal, irregular or permanent error of any kind was identified in the interlocutory order, and the constitutional petition by the defendant did not lie against any false order and was dismissed.
