HAJI SHAH ZAMAN BAIG versus SENIOR MEMBER OF REVENUE

Article 3 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitutional Appeal The disputed property applicant believed that he had allotted shops and a room on the ground floor of the shops was not allotted when the Department of Appeal's address on appeal. It turns out that he lives in this room in response to the question. It was reasonable and lawful to retrieve the government results filed by the Settlement Authorities and no illegal action was taken. The constitutional application was dismissed.
