But it was alleged that he is the owner of the vehicle, only the passenger was not recovered from the accused's immediate possession, nor did any evidence show that the accused was involved in the vehicle. There was no awareness of the presence of the ban in his boat, nor did any records indicate that he was convicted or involved in such cases. The current suspect was released on bail under conditions
