Section 24 Sindh Civil Servants (Appointments, Promotions and Exchanges) Rules, 1974, R9 (1) Provincial government legal status of officers of different departments cannot be ordered under section 24 of the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973. Nor under it. R 9 (1) of the Sindh Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion and Exchange) Rules 1974, and also violated the basic rights of civil servants.
