Section 17 Land Exchange Such land was transferred by the Federal Land Commission to the Provincial Department of Forest Transfer and the cancellation of the transfer and the land resumed under the Closed Transaction Scope Land Reforms Act 1977, thereafter. After the transfer it was transferred to the Provincial Forest Department, thereafter, the Federal Land Commission took action and the province's foreclosure resumed the legal status of the reservation, without giving good reason. The commission took action to cancel past and closed transactions. Under this the land which was changed in favor of the Provincial Forest was not canceled and any reasonable reason for using the automobile jurisdiction for the purpose of canceling past and closed transactions in favor of the Forest Department. Or the justification was not there. Was set aside and the Supreme Court directed that the land be used for forest land as the only appeal allowed.
