The authority cannot return the cases of public servants because they were specific in favor of the Central Selection Board's recommendations correctly. Reaction to the Authority only basic salary scale on the board will be to develop recommendations 20 and 21. None of the clauses provided that the recommendations of the Board were binding and, as a result, the authority shall be appointed when the Board faces any factual or legal error after this action. Had The Supreme Court, filed by government employees, directed the Central Selection Board to conduct a check on the basis of default criteria for determining the fitness of public servants or make pre-emptive recommendations for the empowerment of public servants.
