SYED NAZEER AGHA versus GOVERNMENT OF BALOCHISTAN

The constitutional application of Arts 25A and 1991 was the applicant's right to education. The complaint was that the provincial government was not providing books to the students of public schools so that all the children of the state were not allowed to go to school and stay in school. Completion and the construction of only one school for girls and providing free textbooks to children was being neglected for children to attend school, whereby parents were being encouraged to send their children to school. And the atmosphere in the school was such that it indicated to children who wanted to miss school. The High Court directed the provincial government to conduct a physical audit of the schools in each district of the province and maintain a computerized / photographic record along with hardcopy. Update the employment / deployment of teachers in each school and from time to time. That the provincial government should measure the land on which the schools were located and make relevant entries in the revenue records to secure them and prevent school property encroachments and illegal transfers. That the provincial government should make sure that the school buildings clearly show that it was a school and that the staff employed at every school within the school building should be disclosed. The Provincial Government should inform the Board about the subjects and books required for the next academic year and make necessary allocations in the Finance Department budget. The board should print and distribute school books in a timely manner to ensure that they are available at the start of the academic year.
