The Minerals Roll 2002 Authority was obliged to provide the show after the issuance of the notice of notice to the applicant and the opportunity to proceed in accordance with the law was assigned to the contractor in the mining areas without any limitation. As such, no one can be held responsible for any unfortunate accident; the High Court has accepted the constitutional petition with costs.
