Directed, the defendant filed an application to reduce the one that was dropped. The parties' consent, which was approved by the parties, was withheld on the grounds of the estoppel defendant to challenge the authenticity of the said order, while filing an application for reduction of the surety amount was satisfied with the nature of the order but the amount of bail. The scope of any of the jurisdictions is not allowed to acknowledge and identify misconduct nor is any type of illegal, irregular, corrupt or infirmi t found in an injunctive order revised.
