SHAHMEER versus STATE

Section 2 302 (c) Qatil Ahmed appreciated the evidence, there was information about the suspect's disclosure, the murder of the victim at the scene of the incident and the recovery of his body that the police should know about before the accused was disclosed. And the information was confessed to the murder and the recovery of the body of the deceased. The disclosure of the accused before the police was considered merely a statement of the accused, which was not admissible in the evidence to prove his case against the prosecution suspects beyond any reasonable doubt. I was unsuccessful in that the findings presented by the trial court were irrevocable due to irrefutable evidence and misrepresentation of the evidence. The verdict could not be sustained, the trial and sentence were set aside during the trial, and the accused was acquitted and released, under the circumstances.
