LAND ACQUISITION COLLECTOR, SARGODHA versus MUHAMMAD SULTAN

Section 18 (1) Despite the prior action by the referee court against the acquisition of the land, the previous proceedings by the referee court for the acquisition of land in compensation by the referee court continued. The authority to obtain legal status was upheld against the former class and did not reject the evidence of the landlord's testimony and their testimony could not be paid to the landlord on such grounds, as it did not apply to the landlord.
