Arts 9 and 184 (3) The Supreme Court exercises jurisdiction under Article 184 (3) of the Constitution by the Supreme Court on news paper clipping on extraordinary load shedding and increase in electricity prices in the country on human rights issues. There must be a formula to ensure the distribution of electricity based on the equation. It is the responsibility of the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) and the Pakistan Electric Power Company Limited (PEPCO) to reduce electricity prices while ensuring that electricity is used for low-cost hydel power. To be created through The Supreme Court directed that steps be taken to control the competent authority. Introducing all kinds of disadvantages such as smart meters and providing power only to consumers who are ready and willing to pay after the generation of line devices, theft, etc. That all unauthorized users should be tried to convince them to pay the bills failed to act against any relevant laws / regulations.
