Section 4 Trust Act (II of 1882), Sections 82, 89, 90, and 94 of a co-occupancy tenancy, owners pay compensation only for the acquisition of property rights by a co-owner of the affected tenant. Later, the son passed away, leaving a son (co-owner of the suit property) to pay for the ownership of the property in the suit property, resulting in the removal of the daughter exclusively in the name of the mutant son associated with the suit property. When entered, legal payment may be best for the son. The disputed property was treated as an act of a co-owner to acquire the property rights One of the motives for paying the son was to secure the property rights in the suit property in such cases by the son.
