Article 201 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 185 (3) Sub Power of Attorney has been issued after the death of the principle effect. The alleged power of attorney issued by the lawyer in favor of the lawyer was terminated upon the death of the defendant, therefore, the lawyer did not have the authority to execute the subpoena after the respondents' death. In such cases the Sub-Attorney of Attorney was invalid and had no legal effect and the Sub-Attorney did not have the option to sell the applicant for the sale of the property and in addition the applicant / required buyer was the realty of the Sub-Attorney. The mother was, and at this time allegedly selling the property through her video, the Sub-Attorney appealed no time to obtain the consent of the Attorney or Principal / Required Seller, who by then had died.
