Section 497 Contempt Rule (XLV of 1860), Sections 302, 392 and 397/34 bail, denying the trial, denied the defendants' request for reasons. Three prosecution witnesses identified the accused during the identification parade. That the statements were also recorded under Section 16464, CRPC, under which the three witnesses of the prosecution fully engaged the accused. And that the missing articles were recovered in the presence of independent witnesses, upon the identification of one of the defendants, there was no error in the order denying the bail plea of the accused at trial.
