ALLAH DINO versus STATE

Section 497 of the Code of Conduct (XLV of 1860), Section 302/504, on reasonable grounds denied that it appears that the accused was apparently associated with the commission of the crime, which did not entitle him to the benefit of bail at the stage of bail. ? Just to see if the accused was affiliated with the commission of the crime and for that purpose, only a temporary review of the evidence was made and the police collected enough material to investigate the matter. The accused commissioner of the crime had no justification to extend the accused on bail. The request for bail was dismissed.
