RANI versus PROVINCE OF SINDH THROUGH SECRETARY HOME DEPARTMENT, KARACHI

Applicants for constitutional application in 1993 have said that applicants declare husband and wife legally married, they cannot be declared crooked. The petition merely prayed that the alleged Crowe declaration was illegal and therefore could not be harassed and harassed.
