High Court directs applicant to approach authorized Authorities under the Oil and Gas Regulatory Ordinance 2002 and filing appeals / representations within seven days under the Karachi Building and Town Planning Regulations 2002, which, in accordance with the prevailing uniform policy in the country, set the timeline for the interest of the people around. Will decide such questions inside. And in view of the precautionary measures and measurements, the High Court also observed that such appeal / representation would not be restricted to the question of limitation to include questions of public safety and comfort.
