AHMED ALI KHAN versus CITY DISTRICT GOVERNMENT, KARACHI, THROUGH CITY NAZIM
Section 29 of the Special Relief Act (of 1877), Articles 42 and 54 of the Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), O. VII, R11 suit for declaration, permanent injunction and damages were two of the three sales deeds under the indemnity agreement. Different serial numbers and dates were taken for the same land and similar considerations between the same parties, but in the third sale process no land sold by it was mentioned but some payment was acknowledged. There was complete skepticism on the face of the document. Exactly the area of survey numbers associated with the planter was not mentioned in Form IV except that which is owned by the sellers and sold to the Housing Society through the Sell Society which is in question. Sales jobs will have to supply this. Section 29 of the Contract Act, 1872, which repealed the treaty which was not capable of failing to prove that the Housing Society was in fact the property of the suit land because it was the cable to transfer the claimant to the plaintiff. , There was no cause for filing such a case, the suit in the suit was dismissed under VII, R11, CPC, and all pending applications were dealt with.
