Section 28 and 34 Registration / Registration Request and the scope of sections 28 and 34, Motor Vehicle Ordinance, 1965 Section 28, Motor Vehicles Ordinance, 1965, the Registration Authority has the power to register any motor vehicle mentioned therein. Decline. The certificate considered in section 28, Motor Vehicles Ordinance, 1965, has no basis for refusal to register, however, Section 34 of the Ordinance gives the Registration Authority the power to discharge the motor vehicle if it is not required. If they have, they should suspend the motor vehicle registration certificate. Section 34 of the Act is effective after the registration of this vehicle at a time when the High Court wishes that the Department of Transport, excise and taxation department, take steps to formulate policy related to insurance that does not conflict with these conditions. Section 28 of the Ordinance so that the whole of Chapter III of the Ordinance shall be in tandem coordination
